Aga and Raf Niczyporuk — passionate and dedicated business owners specialising in property investment and development. Together, we serve as Directors of Aga Property Solutions Ltd, Liberty Property Solutions Ltd, and AR Property Solutions Ltd, and we are proud co-owners of Investment Stone Ltd. Our expertise lies in acquiring and transforming properties into high-quality HMOs while managing a growing portfolio of high-spec, professionally managed houses. Additionally, we specialise in Serviced Accommodation across the Midlands, delivering exceptional stays for both short- and long-term guests.
Aga has a professional background as a former Mathematics Teacher, Head of Department, and Assistant Principal in a Secondary School, equipping her with leadership, organisation, and strategic thinking skills that drive our business forward.
Raf, with a background in Mechanical Engineering, contributes technical expertise, attention to detail, and innovative problem-solving across all our developments.
Janos Malomsoki is an experienced property investor and developer, Director of Skystone Design & Build Ltd and Co-Owner of Springer Rock Joint Venture Ltd and Investment Stone Ltd, overseeing a range of property investments and developments alongside his business ventures.
Janos has developed numerous HMOs across Nuneaton, London, and Northamptonshire, consistently delivering strong profits. In addition to HMOs, he has been involved in Buy-to-Let refurbishments and serviced accommodation projects, including a 16-bedroom smart hotel in Wales. His experience also spans barn conversions, flat conversions, residential extensions, and office space transformations. Janos is passionate about future-proofing investments and ensuring that every project is delivered to the highest standard.
